The Ryan White Part B HIV Care Network Mid-Hudson Region is a consortium consisting of providers and consumers of HIV related services in Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan and Ulster Counties.

The Ryan White Part B HIV Care Network will assess the needs of populations and Sub-populations within the Network area and establish a Service Delivery plan that addresses the special care and service needs of each population identified. The Network, through its membership, endeavors to expand and improve existing programs and suggests the creation of new programs when needed. We strive to involve people who are infected and/or affected by HIV disease in all levels of need assessment and service delivery planning.
